It Matters to me

कविता तब जन्म लेती है, जब समाज बोलना भूल जाता है, और कवि वह कह देता है, जो हम सब महसूस तो करते हैं, पर स्वीकार करने का साहस नहीं जुटा पाते। “हमें और मत बाँटो” केवल एक कविता-संग्रह नहीं है; यह हमारे समय का आईना है। एक ऐसा आईना, जिसमें हम अपना चेहरा देखना तो चाहते हैं,

पर सच दिख जाने के डर से नज़रें चुरा भी लेते हैं। इस संग्रह की कविताएँ किसी एक विषय तक सीमित नहीं हैं। ये मनुष्य के टूटते रिश्तों, बिखरते गाँवों, खोते बचपन, कमज़ोर होते भाईचारे, तथा धर्म, सत्ता और स्वार्थ के गठजोड़ से उपजी दरारों के संवेदनशील दस्तावेज़ हैं।

मेरा विश्वास है कि यह संग्रह उन पाठकों के लिए विशेष रूप से महत्त्वपूर्ण होगा, जो कविता को केवल सौंदर्य नहीं, बल्कि सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व मानते हैं।
मैं लेखक को इस ईमानदार रचनात्मक प्रयास के लिए हृदय से बधाई देता हूँ और आशा करता हूँ कि “हमें और मत बाँटो” पाठकों के मन में संवाद, संवेदना और आत्मचिंतन की एक सशक्त भूमि तैयार करेगा।

Poetry is born when society forgets how to speak, and the poet gives voice to what we all feel yet lack the courage to to accept.

“Humein Aur Mat Baanto” is not merely a collection of poems; it is a mirror of our times. A mirror in which we wish to see our reflection, yet often avert our gaze for fear of confronting the truth it reveals. The poems in this collection are not confined to a single theme. They are sensitive documents of fractured relationships, fading villages, a vanishing childhood, weakening brotherhood, and the deep cracks born from the nexus of religion, power, and self-interest.

I believe this collection will hold special significance for those readers who see poetry not merely as beauty, but as a social responsibility.
